We conduct a one-time soft credit check at your expense ($100) . This check is only required once. Once you’re qualified, you'll enjoy priority access to all our RVs and houses 48 hours before they’re available to the public. You get first choice!
WHY DO WE DO THIS?
Assigning a contract involves trust and responsibility. To ensure a smooth process, we conduct a one-time credit check to confirm there are no red flags, ensuring the person we assign the contract to is financially sound.
NON-REFUNDABLE EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT (EMD)
To start the process, a non-refundable EMD of $1,500 is required. This will cover Transaction Coordinator (TC) fees and document preparation and will be applied to your balance.
Once your deposit is received, we'll begin the process immediately.
